Week of July 3-7, the North Carolina House and Senate did not hold votes as lawmakers celebrated the Independence Day holiday in their districts.
Last week, the North Carolina House held votes on Wednesday, July 12 as lawmakers continued to negotiate the 2023-24 State Budget and legislation in conference committees.
This week, a similar schedule for the North Carolina General Assembly as the two chambers continue to work towards ending the long session in the coming weeks.
